Questions about this disc

Ask us something else
Disc only or framed?

Same 120 mm disc, same detail, same red line. Disc only is the disc on its own. Framed adds a printed sheet with your hike and its numbers, a magnetic mount the disc lifts off, and a white A4 frame with an easel for a shelf or a wall.

How does the magnetic mount work?

On the framed version the disc sits on a magnetic mount on the front of the frame. Lift it straight off to hold it, then set it back on the mount and the magnet holds it in place.

My GPX will not upload

Check that the file ends in .gpx and is under 10 MB. If your app exports a very long recording, export just the route. Still stuck? Contact us and tell us which app you used.

What happens to my GPX file?

Times and heart-rate are stripped on arrival. We keep only the route line, privately, and delete it 90 days after delivery (encrypted backup copies clear within 30 more days).
